It has all of the components for a Mediterranean inspired meal: hummus, basil pesto, black olives, roasted red pepper, red onions, pine nuts, baby spinach, olive oil and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoon cornmeal
1 lb. prepared pizza dough
1/2 cup hummus
2 tablespoons basil pesto
1 (6 oz.) can California Ripe Olives, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 teaspoon pine nuts
2 cups watercress or baby spinach
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Place Emile Henry Pizza Stone on grill (or in oven) and preheat to 500
